Royals Take Series Opener In St. Louis

ROYALS WIN 3-2 over the St. Louis Cardinals and win game 1 of the 2 game series. There was not alot of offense as both starting pitchers pitched good. Edinson Volquez had a strong outing bouncing back from his worst start of the year in his last start. Edinson pitched 6.2 innings giving up 0 runs on 6 hits 1 walk and 4 strikeouts.
