Royals Win Series Against Twins

ROYALS WIN 6-2 over the Minnesota Twins and win the final game of the 4 game series and win the series taking 3 out of 4. The Royals offense did not hit any home runs but still scored 6 runs on 11 hits. Royals starting pitcher Travis Wood pitched 4 complete innings giving up 2 runs on 6 hits, 1 walk and 3 strikeouts. The Royals will now go back on the west coast for a 2 series, 6 game road trip beginning with a 3 game series with the Seattle Mariners. Pitching game 1 tomorrow for the Mariners is Andrew Moore and Ian Kennedy will pitch for the Royals. The game is scheduled for 9:10 at Safeco Field. #RoyalNoah
