Indians Place Danny Salazar on DL

Cleveland Indians pitcher Danny Salazar has been placed on the disabled list with elbow inflammation. Indians manager Terry Francona said that Salazar has been dealing with elbow discomfort the past few weeks. 

In the team's 12-5 loss to the Minnesota Twins, in which Salazar pitched, he gave up six runs on six hits. The elbow discomfort kept him out of the MLB All-Star Game.
