Royals Take Series From Jays

ROYALS WIN 7-1 over the Toronto Blue Jays and win the 3 game series. The Royals win their first series since the All Star break. The offense exploded for 7 runs on 11 hits including a grand slam hit by Kendrys Morales to put the game out of reach for Toronto. Yordono Ventura pitched 6.2 innings giving up 1 run on 5 hits, 4 walks and 4 strikeouts. The Royals now have a day off tomorrow and then start a 3 game series with the Chicago White Sox.
