Royals Take Game 1 From Red Sox

ROYALS WIN 8-4 over the Boston Red Sox and win game 1 of the 3 game series. The bats exploded for 8 runs including a 3 run 8th inning with Salvador Perez scoring on a throwing error and a 2 run shot by Paulo Orlando. Yordono Ventura pitched a good game as he really only made one bad mistake and that was turned into a 3 run homer. Due to yesterday's game being postponed they will play a day night double header tomorrow. The first game will be Steven Wright for Boston and Ian Kennedy for the Royals and that game will be at 1:15. The night cap of the doubleheader will be David Price for the Red Sox and Edinson Volquez will pitch for the Royals and that game will be at 7:15. #ForeverRoyal -#RoyalNoah
