Angels pick up Christian Friedrich from waivers

Jeff Fletcher of the O.C Register is reporting
Angels have claimed LHP Christian Friedrich off waivers from the Rockies and designated IF Taylor Featherston for assignment in order to clear space in the 40-man roster.
