Royals looking to restructure Salvador Perez's contract

The catcher is due for a decent pay in 2016, making 7 mill. Now, my opinion?  Is that he's worth it, it's hard to find a decent if not great catcher these days. Even though Perez had a down year, doesn't mean his pay should be dropped a little. His presence alone brings energy to the Royals and his leadership. So my question to you is, Do you guys think he is worth the money or do you restructure his contract?
