Bruce Levine of CBS Chicago is reporting that the Cubs AND White Sox are interested in Dexter Fowler. A baseball executive told Levine that Fowler has a better chance of going to the Cubs.

Cubs will probably need to trade Soler, I think, if they're going to sign Fowler. In addition, they'll probably wait as long as possible to sign him....if they do. Technically, they'll be giving up a draft pick to sign him.....because they were counting on getting one back for HIM when he signed elsewhere!
