Dodgers resign Kendrick

Howie Kendrick is returning the Dodgers. After turning down a qualifying offer in the offseason, Kendrick has reportedly signed a 2 year, $20mil deal with LA. The second baseman came to the Dodgers in a trade with the Angels before the 2015 season. The Dodgers also resigned second baseman Chase Utley to a one year, $7mil deal. Kiké Hernandez also figures to get time at second base, and as a back up to third baseman Justin Turner, who had knee surgery in the offseason.
