Felix Hernandez Eyes July 20 Return

Seattle Mariners' pitcher Felix Hernandez threw a three-inning sim game at Minute Maid in Houston today.

"That was awesome!" Hernandez said three times as he left the field and went back to the dugout. He expects to return to the Mariners on Wednesday, July 20.

He will make a rehab start on Sunday, according to the Seattle Sun Times. After the Sunday rehab start, he is expected to play in a Triple-A game next Friday, July 15. If he does return July 20, he will face off against the Chicago White Sox.
