Pete Rose Sues Attorney John Dowd

Pete Rose is suing attorney John Dowd, who he claims is responsible for his lifetime suspension from Major League Baseball.

The reason behind this is that one of the Reds' manager associates claimed on a radio interview that Rose raped underage girls during spring training.

Rose claims that the interview, which took place last year on WCHE-AM Radio ion Westchester, PA, ruined his reputation. Rose has been banned from baseball since 1989 after investigations showed that Rose had been betting on baseball games. P
