Jose Bautista to Begin Rehab Assignment Wednesday

Toronto Blue Jays right fielder Jose Bautista will begin his rehab assignment on Wednesday. He could rejoin the team as early as Monday. He has been out since June 16.

He injured his toe crashing into the wall against the Philadelphia Phillies. He hit 12 home runs with 41 RBIs on the season before injuring his toe. 

He will play 3-5 innings with the Buffalo Bison on Wednesday and three games this weekend, according to the team.
