Pittsburgh Pirates outfielder Starling Marte will replace Yoenis Cespedes on the NL Roster in the MLB All-Star Game on Tuesday at Petco Park in San Diego.

Cespedes left the Mets' game on Friday with a quadriceps injury. Manager Terry Collins, who will coach the NL team, decided to add Marte.

He ranked ninth in the NL with a .316 BA. He was also second in doubles (27) and fourth in multi-game hits (31).
